Description:

This 20Kg Weighing Load Cell can translate up to 20 kg of pressure (force) into an electrical signal. Each load cell can measure the electrical resistance that changes in response to, and proportional to, the strain (e.g. pressure or force) applied to the bar. With this 20Kg Weighing Load Cell, you can tell just how heavy an object is, if an objects weight changes over time, or if you need to sense the presence of an object by measuring strain or load applied to a surface.

This straight bar 20Kg Weighing Load Cell is made from an aluminium alloy and can read a capacity of 20Kg of weight. It has Four lead wires which can be connected to the HX711 A/D Pressure Sensor. 20Kg Weighing Load Cell is easy to use with a driving voltage of 5-10V and produces the output voltage as per the force changes over it.

An electronic weighing machine uses a 20Kg Weighing Load Cell to measure the load or pressure produced by the load, here most load cells follow the method of the strain gauge, Which converts the pressure (force) into an electrical signal, these load cells have four strain gauges that are hooked up in a Wheatstone bridge formation.

Using Instruction:

The 20Kg Weighing Load Cell has four wires, which must be connected to the first four pins of the HX711 module — Red wire to E+, black wire to E-, white wire to A-, and green wire to A+. The remaining pins, B- and B+, can be used if a second load cell has to be connected to the HX711 module.

• One end of 20Kg Weighing Load Cell is fixed by a screw hole, and the other end is left in the air.
• Apply force in the direction indicated by the label.
• You will retrieve consistent pressure values from the load cell if you mount the load cell on something solid and heavy.
• Please be careful not to directly press the white latex part to avoid damage to the sensor.
