Radial ‘blower’ fans (sometimes referred to as ‘centrifugal fans’) are popular for many electronic scenarios including 3D printing, where they’re regularly used as layer fans due to the higher pressure they can produce onto the printed part, cooling your filament quickly and efficiently.

This is a 12V 4010 blower fan, complete with a long ~1m cable leading to a 2-pin XH2.54 connector. Four small screws and nuts are also included (the manufacturer includes these even though we don’t ask for them, so consider them a freebie!).

Like all blower fans, this fan isn’t silent/quiet because it’s not meant to be – blower fans are about moving air and getting the job done!
