This is the new version of 8086’s original 5V CDC serial adapter –upgraded to USB-C because USB-C is the FUTURE!

This is a USB Serial Adaptor. Usingjumper wiresit can be used forArduinoprogramming (using RTS for reset) or similar boards.

This module can only be used with systems using 5V, connecting to those using higher/lower voltages may result in damage.Click here for a 3.3V version.

The IC used in the module enumerates as a Communication Device Class (CDC) device which modern (Win10/Linux/Mac OS X) operating systems have built-in drivers for.

A USB-C cable will be required (not included).
