The phone is completely reset. it does have two issues. there is a scratch on the bottom right abt 3cm long. it isnt noticeable until you get close. the charging port is also stupid sometimes. the inside needs to get cleaned. i was going to do it but i got a new phone. other than that its in perfect condition. there is no other problems. i have cases as well that can come with it. on my page but you can also just get the phone if youd like. it will come with a used screen protector.(i literally cant get it off so imma just sell it like this) if you have any questions let me know:)
