You need 9V for your project, so you’ve bagged yourself a chonky 9V battery but now you need to extract all those lovely volts – this battery clip connector is what you need!

This simple cable clips onto your 9V battery (sometimes referred to as 6LR61, PP3 or E batteries) and gives you two bare wires to hook up to your project however you see fit. The clip is a nice sturdy plastic offering, not the limp, flimsy types you sometimes find.

We’ve got 9V batteries in the store too if you need them – a traditional alkaline 9V battery is available here, or if you want something from the future, we have a fancy USB-C rechargeable Lithium-ion 9V battery here!

If you need your 9V to squeeze out via a barrel jack, we have a barrel-jack terminated version.
