I bought this phone at a Verizon store so I think its network locked but Im not really sure what that means. The phone will be unlocked, reset to factory settings. I obviously dropped it and its shattered pretty much everywhere. I havent priced it to determine what it will cost to fix. I am the items original owner and it is from a pet, smoke free location. Its not in working condition.All of the information in the specifications prefilled. I have 0 idea what any of it means. Honestly I thought this phone was black and have just learned its space grey (as an indication to my level of tech savvy-ness).
