This wide angle camera module for the Raspberry Pi uses the same IMX708 sensor and footprint as the official Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3, however Arducan has given it a bit of a remix with USB-C UVC connection, a wide angle fixed focus lensand a built-in microphone!

The USB-C UVC connection means you can use this camera module as a USB webcam, with all the plug n’ play convenience you expect. Use it on your Raspberry Pi, Windows machine, Linux, Mac and more! The module has a small built-in microphone as well, making this a great ‘hacky’ webcam alternative!

The wide-angle 102 (HFOV) fixed-focus lens offers an alternative to the autofocus on the RPi Camera Module 3, offering faster-focussing speed and a more stable image quality.

The camera comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable to go with it.We also stock a standard lens version here!
