Locked for T-Mobile. Has small ding in the top left corner. It looks like the screen protector was nicked, but it’s actually the screen. Hard to see and even harder to get a picture of! Comes with a case with a Beagle in a pocket that says “Gee Gee” and “Bill” (a sticker or brown Sharpie can take care of that) and a screen protector already in place.
